RICH MILHORN brings 40 yrs of experience; past 7 yrs devoted to digital photography and digital image processing. He instructs 'photoshop" classes @ Fresno CIty College. In 2005 he opened a digital photography business, providing instruction in fine art digital printing, film scanning, photo restoration and private tutorial.
